Unnie's Skincare offers domestic customers (US customers) a $7 flat rate standard shipping for orders $59.99 and under and free standard shipping for orders $60+.
For international customers, we offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders $84.99 and under and free shipping for orders $85+
All products are shipped from South Korea. Standard shipping is sent by K-packet, which has a maximum weight of 2kg (4.4 lb).
EMS will be based off of DHL express rates
Because of Covid-19 safety concerns, we currently do not accept returns of products that have been used and/or opened.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund. We can not refund original shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number or sign into your account.
Due to Covid-19 and the need to provide the safest working conditions at our warehouse, orders will be processed in 2-4 working days.
We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day.
After your order has been shipped, the time until receipt is dependent on both your location and mode of shipment.
